Strength Training
Our vision as a club is to enhance both the mind and the body through our travel experience. Our strength training program is a carefully designed program that helps prepare the body, strengthen muscles that make our girls more explosive, quicker and stronger while enhancing endurance. You will often hear our directors talk about building our athletes on and off the field. This is just one of the many resources that our club provides that arms our girls with the necessary tools needed for success. Our L.I. Jesters Strength Training Program not only prepares the body but the mind as well.
