Keeping your stick in your hand as much as possible during this time is extremely important.  No matter what position you play, there is no reason or any excuse for not going out and doing some wall ball. Below are a few Wall ball workout ideas.  

For a minimum of 30 minutes try this out!  As many as you want, in whatever order you want. Always remember to keep those feet moving.  Do it everyday!
