The Junior Jesters program is a carefully designed curriculum that puts in place sound fundamentals for all our young girls. The Junior Jester program is run by our Jesters United staff consisting of highly qualified coaches and trainers.  Throughout this training program, we implement our big sister / little sister format where our Junior Jesters practice side by side with our middle school and high school Jester players weekly, reassuring sound fundamentals and proper technique.  Our Junior Jester players look up to our upperclassmen as mentors as they work together, all following direction from our highly qualified coaches.  The L.I. Jester Girls United Lacrosse Club prides itself on being one big family and our big sister ~ little sister program is another example of our Jester Family at work.  This program has been the key to all of our girls and all our teams tremendous success.
