ABOUT ME

Hi my name is Andrea Ferencsik and I'm from Holbrook, NY. I first started playing lacrosse in 7th grade and went on to play in high school at Sachem North where I spent 3 years on varsity earning captain as well as all county. During high school I played travel lacrosse for Long Island Yellow Jackets. Soon after I committed to LIU Post where I went on to play for two years becoming a part of the division two semifinal team as well as winning an ECC championship. Following LIU, I began coaching with Doc's NYC lacrosse.

2015

  • Played in 15 games
  • scored her first career goal in 20-2 victory over UDC (Apr. 10)
  • added an assist in 18-1 lashing of Queens (N.Y.) on Apr. 26
  • scooped up five total ground balls on the season, including three against the Knights.

2014

Red-shirted the season.

Adam played Division 3 lacrosse at SUNY Oneonta.  He has coached at the Town of Hempstead lacrosse academy for 10 years where he is now the Assistant Director.  He is currently coaching at Sacred Heart Academy at the JV level.

My name is Casey Myers and I am from East Patchogue NY. I am a sophomore attacker at NYIT and I am currently pursuing a degree in Interior Design. I have been playing lacrosse since I was 12 years old. I attended Bellport high school where I played varsity lacrosse for 4 years, was captain for my junior and senior year, and received the all league honors. From 7th-12th grade I played travel ball with Beach Bums for 4 years and Title Nine for 1 year. I have coached and volunteered at countless clinics in the past and love working with youth girls lacrosse.

Currently plays at Hofstra University on the women’s lacrosse team as a junior. A psychology major with a minor in community health and planning to attend nursing school after Hofstra.  I have two brothers one of them being my twin.  I am the Vice President of a non-profit organization that I founded and also a mental health advocate for Morgan’s Message. I am a catering manager at a restaurant and country music is my favorite kind of music!

Danielle played Varsity Lacrosse for Colleen Kilgus at West Babylon High School.  She graduated from SUNY Cortland with a Physical Education degree in May 2020 and now works for JFK Elementary School.  Danielle also coaches middle school field hockey and lacrosse for West Babylon.

I am currently a defender on the Stony Brook University women's lacrosse team.  I played on the varsity lacrosse team for all four years at Smithtown High School East and played travel lacrosse for LI Top Guns Black.  I am excited to see what this summer has in store for this very talented Jester team.

AS A FRESHMAN IN 2018-19: 

Second-team All-ECC … Scored first collegiate lacrosse goal in the season-opening win against Holy Family on Feb. 27 … Started all 18 games, tallying one goal, 41 ground balls, 19 caused turnovers, and 48 draw controls … ECC Commissioner’s Honor Roll … Athletic Director’s Honor Roll for achieving at least a 3.2 GPA during the spring 2019 semester.

AT WEST BABYLON SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL:

Suffolk County Class AA all-conference in soccer in 2017 while tallying five goals and nine assists … All-division in 2018 and all-league in 2017 in lacrosse  … Played four seasons apiece of varsity soccer and lacrosse and three seasons of varsity basketball … Member of National Honor Society, Foreign Language Honor Society and Math and Science honor Society as well as DECA.

Starting attacker that returned after missing final eight games of 2014 season ... Finished second on the team and sixth in the Big Ten with a career-high 46 goals ... Capped the run of consecutive multi-goal games with a career-high five goals in the NCAA Tournament Second Round against Notre Dame on May 10 ... Named a second-team All-ALC honoree despite missing the last eight of 2014 games with an injury suffered on April 13 ... Was the team leader with 27 goals at the time of her injury ...
